So if the unexpected happens, there is always someone at the end of the line who can help,” explains Botha. “If an unplanned stop occurs, we are able to diagnose the vehicle and provide the driver with immediate instructions on how to proceed, either guiding them to the nearest workshop or instructing them to stay put and wait for Scania Assistance,” adds Botha.
