Growing to meet expanding markets Steady demand for specialist plant hire services is driving the growth of Benoni-based service provider, Webcon Mini Plant Hire. They required an expansion of their available fleet for several different specialist requirements. ELB Equipment made the expansion possible. to soak up demand from its clients across the country and neighbouring countries. O wner of Webcon Mini Plant Hire, Sakkie Davies, says demand for smaller plants such as TLB’s has grown recently, adding that customers are moving to suppliers of quality equipment who can take a load off their shoulders by maximising equipment availability and solving their onsite challenges. For this to be effective, Davies views relationships as the most important part of his business, and companies like Webcon are thriving on repeat business and the strength of their offerings. The strength of relationships also extends to suppliers and Webcon recently ordered a further five machines from its long-time supplier ELB Equipment with the purchase of four GEHL GBL X900 TLBs and a single Sumitomo SH210 excavator.
