INSIDE THE CASE CE MANUFACTURING PLANT IN INDIA CASE Construction Equipment (CASE CE) has recognised the immense significance of its Indian manufacturing plant which has been yielding remarkable results. Among these achievements is the production of 50 000 backhoe loaders, testament to the plant's success.

E arlier this year, the brand extended invitations to representatives of the international press, inviting them to visit their cutting-edge manufacturing facility located in Pithampur, India. During this event CASE showcased its latest offerings, including the newly launched V-series backhoe loaders, the CX220C LC HD crawler excavator, and the 111OEX. The showcased equipment represents just a fraction of the diverse range manufactured at the facility. A global player CASE CE leverages cutting-edge facilities to manufacture their highly acclaimed and widely revered range of equipment. "Our state-of-the-art facility in Pithampur operates to the high manufacturing standards of CNH Industrial plants across the world. Its range of high-quality construction equipment stands out for its reliability and durability. These are the hallmarks of the CASE brand. It serves the Indian domestic market and exports to more than 75 countries. India is a global manufacturing hub and a strategically important market for CASE Construction Equipment's growth in the region," says Satendra Tiwari, Plant Head - CNH Industrial, India.

Built-in 1989, the Pithampur facility is one of eight manufacturing hubs for the brand. The facility operates according to the company's CNH Business System (CBS), which involves all employees across the entire organisation to drive greater accountability, agility, efficiency, and safety. In 2022, the plant achieved the significant milestone of manufacturing 50 000 backhoe loaders. The plant also houses an important research and development facility to ensure that machines go through regular upgrades and are future-ready. As part of its efforts to contribute to CNH Industrial's sustainability goals and its aims to reduce carbon emissions, the company has its future-ready solar panels at its Pithampur plant which helps provide up to 25% of the facility's energy through renewable sources.
