92 RIVONIA ROAD, SANDTON 92 Rivonia Road is a multi-functional building situated in the business hub of South Africa, on the corner of Rivonia and Pybus road, Sandton. The building is conveniently situated right across from Sandton City Shopping Centre and close to other entities such as the Gautrain station, Nelson Mandela Square and other attractions.

The façade consist of steel, glass, aluminium and concrete elements. Some of the striking elements that make up the building’s façade is a prominent cantilevered concrete brow which runs along the South and Western sides of the building, a radial glass façade section facing Sandton City’s Protea Court entrance as well as the skeletonised aluminium parkade screen covering the North-Eastern section of the building. 

I t has a footprint of 7 400 m 2 , comprising 12 above-ground levels and six basement levels, totalling 40 200 m 2 of rentable office space and 65 300 m 2 parking space. The building is designed as a mixed-use building, catering for vehicle showrooms, a vehicle workshop, retail areas and office space. The building was designed by DBM Architects JHB to utilise the maximum footprint of the erf, thereby achieving the maximum floor plate size to ensure optimum feasibility for the client. Keeping with the concept of maximum tenant flexibility, a parkade running all the way up the building was introduced which allows every tenant to park on their own respective floor.
