HI HOTEL MONTECASINO – MODULAR CONSTRUCTED HOTEL

This project was constructed using modular construction methods and technology. Simply put, the bulk of the building is constructed in modules off site in a factory, transported to site on trucks and then rigged into final position off the truck.

Montecasino has taken design visual cues from the overall precinct ZKLOH UHPDLQLQJ FRQWHPSRUDU\ LQ LWV HVVHQFH 8SRQ DSSURDFK RQH LV greeted by a triptych of large glazed archways mimicking the façade GHWDLOV VHHQ DURXQG WKH SUHFLQFW 7KLV ID©DGH LV WH[WXDOO\ ULFK ZLWK HOHPHQWV RI ͤUHEULFN VSUD\ SODVWHU FRSSHU IDEULF DQG JODVV .H\ WR WKH VXFFHVV RI WKH DUFKLWHFWXUH FRPHV IURP GHͤQLQJ WKH PRGXOH WKH FRUUHFW PRGXOH VL]H LV FULWLFDO WR DFKLHYH VSDFHV ZKLFK DUH ERWK SUDFWLFDO HUJRQRPLF DQG H[SHULHQWLDOO\ ULFK :KLOH DW WKH VDPH WLPH QHHG WR EH seamlessly integrated to form architecture which is culturally and FRQWH[WXDOO\ DSSURSULDWH Externally the modules have been expressed achieving both a IXQFWLRQDO UHVROXWLRQ IRU WKH SODFHPHQW DQG PRYHPHQW RI XQLWV :KLOH simultaneously through careful detail this provides a façade which is FRKHVLYH DQG YLVXDOO\ SOHDVLQJ SODFLQJ VSHFLDO LQWHUHVW WR WKH DWULXP DW LWV FRUH The cost of this
