The ba l ance o f the fac i l i t y i nc l udes both i ncomi ng and outgo i ng gatehouses , t ruck wash , t ruck ma i ntenance and re f ue l fac i l i t i es , an energy cent re , management o f f i ces and sta f f fac i l i t i es and an RRU.
