The saw-tooth angle façade corrects thi s orientat ion. Ef fect ively, thi s means that the di rect sunl ight entering the bui lding i s control led. The folded façade per forms as a straight deeply shaded façade which s igni ficant ly reduces the amount of di rect sunl ight entering the bui lding. Thi s al lows for more glaz ing wi thout external shading devices . The orientat ion of the operable and act ive t imber façade provides a control led, natural envi ronment by al lowing f resh ai r into the bui lding via manual

automat ic openable windows . Biophi l ic des ign increase occupancy connect ion to the natural envi ronment . Thi s has heal th, economic and envi ronmental benefi ts for occupants and urban envi ronments . 
