Effective PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT South African leader in roof truss technology, LCP Roofing, has recently partnered with local performance management solution, iStratgo, in order to optimise its business processes.

Performance management is an ongoing process through which an employee’s efficacy in the workplace is both supported and enhanced for optimal throughput. By adopting a collaborative approach, management and employees can work together using such a system to help define and achieve the employee’s goals and objectives. “Performance management can have a profound effect on the success of the business and the intrinsic value it holds for staff, management, investors and clients. Partnering with iStratgo was thus an important step for us at LCP Roofing, because we’ve experienced enormous growth and feel that alignment of strategic objectives and the management of individual performance are key to successful growth management,” says Freddy Robertson, LCP Roofing sales manager.
