been lost as companies right-sized to stay in business. “In many cases, this has led contractors to outsource these services to some extent, and this is where we can play a valuable role,” he says. “With our flexible approach, we can fit in to the customer’s operation according to where they need our input – from an arm’s length rental right through to an on-site partnership which leaves the contractor free to focus on their core activities.” The company also consults extensively to contractors who need specialist advice on lifting solutions. This may relate to the particular configuration of a specific crane on a site to allow extra height to be achieved, for instance. Alternatively, it may be about strategies to increase the utilisation of a crane fleet, or ways to get more value out of the equipment employed. “Our role boils down to adding significant value to the customer’s operation through our combined expertise and experience with tower cranes and lifting equipment,” says Crous. “We do this by putting quality

equipment to its best use possible – with excellent customer service and technical support.” 
