Clifton. Peerutin’s very difficult brief was somehow to emulate the undulating contours and organic forms of the mountainside site where the home is situated. The use of natural sandstone cladding for the lower floors and a cloudlike wavy top floor concrete canopy enabled them to meet these difficult design requirements. • House Three, another of the three ultra- luxury homes in the Nettleton Estate. • Roeland Park, a multi-level office complex in Gardens built for eTV. Phase two of this project is now under construction. • Hoog Eind, with nine residential homes designed for Urban Space Property Developers in Claremont’s upmarket Hen and Chicken Estate. The original manor house was upgraded to form the centre piece of the development. • An avant-garde Bishopscourt house which harmoniously incorporates both vernacular forms and contemporary detailing. • The striking Radisson Red Hotel in the V & A Waterfront. This recently completed 262 room complex is sited next to the much admired new Zeitz MOCAA museum and is designed to attract the younger, trendier market in the tourist trade. The décor and finishings are all ‘way out’ ahead of time but, judging from the response, exactly what Cape Town and international travellers are looking for today.  The aim of Peerutin Rebooted has been to create in this practice the best architectural staff in Cape Town and this is recognised by the end goal of the Diagram, The Exclusive Club of which Peerutin intends their staff to be members.

• Secret to success: the complementary skills of the two brothers. • Responsible for some of Cape Town’s most prestigious projects. • Peerutin Rebooted resulted in a new staff mind-set and attitude.
