Taking Africa by storm

For over 18 years Dezzo Roofing has been at the forefront of manufacturing and supplying high quality lightweight steel trusses to South Africa and beyond. It has been involved with a wide range of projects ranging frommassive industrial buildings, hotels and factories to residential homes and rural schools.

In total it has built over 3 million square metres of lightweight steel trusses. Although it has been supplying trusses to companies outside of South Africa for several years, it is now actively focusing on expanding this service. Dezzo Roofing’s focus is to develop its presence in West and North Africa and it has been working on several exciting projects to realise this goal. Hello Africa, we’re here One of the recent projects Dezzo Roofing is currently busy with is the construction of a complete mine housing facility which includes a mixture of housing units, administrative buildings, security buildings, kitchen buildings and restaurants. African pioneers in lightweight steel roof support Some of the reasons why Dezzo Roofing is one of the leading roofing solutions service providers on the African continent: • Dezzo Roofing was one of the first companies in Africa to pioneer a lightweight steel roof support system. This means it has extensive experience in this field. • It has eight roll-forming machines and a fully equipped cut-to-length line and bending facility. • As tested in Australia, Dezzo Roofing’s systems are manufactured

from aluminium and zinc coated steel which is known to last four to six times longer than the same galvanised material. • Trusses are manufactured by highly trained steel artisans and are assembled in jigs to maintain consistency. • Battens and purlins are cut to length to suit every roof. This greatly reduces on-site cutting and waste. • Dezzo Roofing is flexible when it comes to roof designs and shapes. • Its systems are engineer designed, and includes Professional Indemnity Insurance.
