Clients were invited to enjoy the day with the CASE Construction team at their Isando branch in Kempton Park. Along with their brand-new backhoe loaders on show, they displayed a client’s 50-year old CASE Wheel Loader and TLB that made their trip around the Construction Pit - a testament to the CASE reliability promise. Steve Beardmore (CNH product specialist) that flew in from Berlin, Germany especially for this event, showcased some thrilling tricks with the CASE machines. Clients received a live machine walk-around and were later entertained by a live musician and cartoon artist who joined them for the two-day event. “These events help us to build and maintain stronger relationships with our clients. Since the COVID-19 pandemic, the demand within the market has grown and we at CASE have equipped the team to meet these demands and challenges within the industry. “Our goal is to get closer to the client, and with the recent acquisition that took place last year, where CNH Industrial bought over CASE Construction – it has allowed clients to deal directly with the OEM,” says Forte.
