Custom-made to provide lower rates of expiration, slower accuracy degradation and reduced fouling, the sensors deliver tighter process control and the associated savings. All Turtle Tough pH, ORP (oxidation reduction potential), conductivity and ion selective measurement sensors have no serviceable components. This means completely maintenance-free operation – for the life of the sensor. Turtle Tough sensors are solid state and sealed for life, impervious to ingress. They will resist process contamination. There is no gel or electrolyte to be refilled, no reference to replace and no o-rings or seals to be compromised or replaced. Turtle Tough analysers The TT-MA analysers have been designed specifically to interface with the Turtle Tough sensors to provide maximum service life for the sensor. The modular design enables the user to create a multi-parameter analyser with any combination of different analytical modules, including pH, ORP, dissolved oxygen, conductivity and ion specific. Functional modules can also be added including digital MODBUS, data- logging and relays. The TT-MA analyser family is the most economical full-feature series of industrial analysers available.
