The Hlambanyathi Development Project for the Department of Transport received a Commendation in the Com- munity based projects category. The SAICE & SAFCEC Awards are held annually to honour individuals, projects, community-oriented initiatives as well as various institutional departments of SAICE and SAFCEC.
