Manqcoba VTP provides national paving and construction services ranging from residential, commercial and government sectors.

Manqcoba VTP director, Tshepiso Legoabe (100% black female owner) was thinking she was just doing construction but then realised that her grandmother had great strength in construction. This is in her nature and at the same time it would be expanding grandmother’s vision. As such the company is committed to provide services within the required time frames with the aim of becoming the largest independent paving and construction company in the country. 

SYLVIA SAKU – SYLPAG CONSTRUCTION SERVICES S ylvia Saku is the the director of Sylpage Construction Services which is based in Mothibastad (Kuruman). The company is 100% black owned and Saku has 50% shares. Saku is responsible for implementing the firm›s strategy and as well the overall operations of the company. The

company has two employees who make bricks which are delivered to clients. The company prides itself on innovation and performing tasks effectively. Sylvia Saku is a focused businesswoman who understands that things do not come easily and who can overcome challenges by focusing the innovative while listening to the community and customers. 
