PROJECT PORTFOLIO PROJECT PORTFOLIO K halisi Holdings is a 100% black female owned construction company, focused on empowering youth through employment. The company was established in 2016. The company boasts a BBBEE rating of level 1 and cidb GB Grade 4. Its headquarters are in Gauteng and it operates across a wide market while its services are offered in all sectors and geographies. Khalisi Holding was appointed by Bloem Water to conduct refurbishment works for a CSI project relating to the refurbishment of school toilets. The purpose of the project was RUCTURAL REPAIR AND REFURBISHMENT STRUCTURAL EPAIR AND EFURBISHMENT PROJECT PORTFOLIO STRUCTURAL REP IR AND REFURBISHMENT

to renovate 35 schools per year within a stringent timeline. The company worked on the rehabilitation of sanitation facilities of these 35 schools in the Free State. Working with key stakeholders the company developed project plans with their client. The team encountered several risks and issues in executing their plans, thereby requiring constant communication between Khalisi Holdings, the sponsor and the end client at each of the sites to get their buy-in on the revised plans. The execution of the plan was successful with the combined team developing work plans for the future. 
