PATRICIA MASOKO – MASOKO CONSTRUCTION

M asoko Construction is a 100% black female owned company based in Ga-raphahlelo Village in Paulsweg. “As a woman from a rural area, I wish to be a role model to other women what are still afraid to enter the construction industry. I will assist them in the planning and implementation of the project,” says Patricia Masoko who is the sole owner. The project for which Masoko Construction is entering is the Construction of low level bridge at village ward 30 MOTHOBEKI TO MOSHANINI for the Greater Lethaba Municipality. During the construction phase planning, time management, getting materials on site, tools, following a protocol and procedures assisted with completing the project in time. A mentor was needed to oversee the project. Skilled personnel assisted in transferring skills and the full time manager attended to all queries relating to the project. 
