As a licensed and preferred builder of the Fortis Building System, in the eight years of operation, it has successfully delivered major IBT infrastructure projects in South Africa. With the strength of its manufacturing, construction, project management and professional teams Tshitshirisang is well positioned to offer its clients with a full turnkey solution for the construction of any type of infrastructure project using Fortis Building System. Some women have gone on to mentor other women. All in all women have shown that they have made great strides towards making it in the construction industry,” says Skosana. 

FANA SKOSANA – CONSCIENCE BUILDING AND PROJECTS C onscience Building and Projects is a 100% black owned company and was established in August 2004. The company is under the directorship of Fana Skosana and renders services to the public and private sector, parastatals and the residential market. The company has used at least six women-owned companies in the past two and a half years to finish projects successfully.

The company employs a female site supervisor since 2017 and strongly believes that it makes a difference in the lives of women owned companies. It has been involved in brick and plumbing work, while it also does tiling, ceiling, painting, roofing, electrical, glazing and landscaping. The company believes in a skills, training and development transfer and has created seven job opportunities of which half was opportunities for women
