KHOMOTSO MALEMA – TLAILA LEGACY

T laila Legacy is a company that is owned by a Khomotso Malema who started the company in 2017. It is 100% black female owned. The mission was to start a training centre that provides youth and promotes RPL with construction skills and development in the communities and also offers practical simulations in civil works to leaners who completed NQF level 4. Tlaila Legacy complies with all recommended building sectors that enforces the regulations and by-laws to be adhered to by training providers and builders. It has registration with the cidb, CETA AND NHBRC and was conducted lawfully with all relevant admission requirements. The service delivery will be rendered accordingly, because Tlaila Legacy has practitioners who are qualified and well trained. In 2017 during the process of CETA accreditation of Tlaila Legacy some of the site visits and presentations were conducted at Letheba High school. The director Khomotso Malema was responsible for the building of the structures. Learners from all grades were informed about civil and building construction and were motivated and inspired to learn more about construction. They were also encouraged that even woman are able to be directors and leaders in the construction industry. 
