Via Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) she acquired duly professional registration (Pr.CPM, Pr.Techni Eng), enrolled in the University of Witwatersrand for her Master’s Degree (Industrial Engineering). Botha has faithfully travelled the journey of humility (30 years), seeking to acquire the underlying theory and practical experience of her engineering and construction abilities, to great success. She served on the ECSA committees since 2007 and ECSA Council for two consecutive terms till 2016; and is currently serving on the SACPCM committee, since 2012. Botha is the founder and owner of three companies: Robus Engineering (100% black woman owned), ETRCom (49% youth owned) and Beach in the Bush (100% black woman owned) which diversified the provision of services. Her entrepreneurial and innovative skills enabled her to provide services which cut across the infrastructure industry. 

Techni Eng) has acquired more than 30 years’ experience in the engineering and construction built environment. Upholding her professionalism and being a contractor made it even more challenging, but she a proud to be a role model to many other women (especially younger women). With a proven track record as a professional and contractor, she has effectively participated in a male dominant environment and enjoying motherhood. As a previously disadvantaged individual with more than 30 years of engineering and construction experience, she finds herself upholding an outstanding and proven track record of effectively participating in the infrastructure and built environment. Although a very challenging environment for a woman to have started her career (she qualified in 1990 as the 1 st black woman

B ulldog Construction started as a small construction and maintenance company in KwaZulu-Natal in 2005. The company is a Level 1 BBBEEE contributor, Level 4 GB and Level 3 CE grading from cidb. Under the leadership of Rogini James, Bulldog Construction has successfully operated in both small and large scale construction, repairs and alterations, renovations and revamps,

focusing both on residential, industrial and the private sector. The company is committed to providing all of their clients with outstanding quality, efficient, reliable and transparent workmanship. The company prides itself with highly skilled teams that produce work of outstanding quality. The fact that the company is woman owned has significantly impacted the success of the business and this has enables the business to grow from strength to strength. 
