NTHABALENG PITSO – REJANGMMOHO MULTI TRADING

R ejangmmoho Multi Trading was registered in 2016 with Nthabeleng Regina Pitso (30) and Maletlotlo Lilian Seitleko (34) as 50% shareholders. The company got its first breakthrough for the delivery of 13 000 kg of asphalt to Mohokare Municipality. It delivered this on a tight schedule due to demand of the product, while it was busy seeking construction tendering opportunities in many different places. In 2018 the company was awarded a project for construction of precast concrete kerbs, edge beams and block paving as well as the early phase 2 concrete channels for a community project in Rouxville for the Rehabilitation of Road Section between Smithfield and Rouxville N6 for client SANRAL with WBHO Construction as main contractor. The company overcame challenges with perseverance, patience, hard work, learning from its supervisor, team work with its employees, strong leadership, adhering to health and safety on site, motivating staff to deliver quality work, handling disputes to avoid unnecessary strikes and seeking information on things the company did not understand. 
