W e are young women from Rouxville community in Mohokare Municipality within the Xhariep District we decid- ed with passion and vision to challenge ourselves into a men dominated field of construc- tion to give services in general building and civil engineering targeting community projects for development, private and

government sectors to bring job creation for many families Furthermore it was not an easy road but we persevered against all odds to learn and aiming to grow as female con- tractors of which our ultimate goal is to be main contractor and also venture into manufac- turing building materials such as bricks, kerbs etc.
