he Africa division of Babcock International Group has been supplying the mining, quarrying, materials han- dling, construction and road building industries for more than six decades. In 2000, Babcock was appointed as the exclusive regional distributor for Volvo Construction Equipment. Accord- ing to Ben Buys, Technical Director - Equipment, it was the partnership with Volvo CE that grew the Babcock brand and its footprint significantly.
