CRUSHING AND SCREENING TO CUSTOMERS’ NEEDS

CRUSHING & SCREENING

New crushing and screening solutions recently rolled out by several OEMs speak directly to the needs of today’s mines and quarries.

A t bauma 2019, several crushing and screening OEMs showcased new crushing and screening solutions aimed at ensuring that mining and quarrying operations – and their profits – stay up and running, uninterrupted. The new solutions address parameters of importance such as productivity, uptime, efficiency and total cost of ownership. Terex Finlay had one of its largest ever machine line ups at bauma 2019, with four machines from its crushing and screening line up – the J-1160 jaw crusher; 883+ triple shaft screener; TF-75L low level feeder; and the TC-80 tracked conveyor. In addition to the machine line up, Terex Finlay also introduced its T-Link telematics system, as well as its new OMNI system. OMNI is an exciting new tablet-based technology that puts operators in control of their equipment from the safety of the cab of their excavator or shovel.

The heart of Terex Finlay’s new 883+ heavy duty screener is the new triple shaft screenbox, featuring two “true” full size 16’ x 5’ screening decks.
