BEKA SCHRÉDER has launched the Citrine, an LED bollard. It is developed to take up the challenge of creating efficient visual guidance while enhancing the ecosystem in which it is installed. This high-quality and cost-effective lighting solution is available in two sizes (Mini and Midi). It is offered in a symmetrical distribution with a diffuse protector for maximised comfort. The photometry has been designed to allow maximum spacing between the bollards, thus lowering the investment. The Citrine has been designed to: • Be compact and versatile.

T he Gewiss Smart [3] range of watertight LED luminaires is designed with the compact di- mensions of latest generation LED lamps. The elegant design uses the latest LED technology to guarantee extremely low energy consumption (a reduction of up to 50% compared to T8 lamps), high impact resistance and quick, easy installation. The opal or transparent diffuser with its longitudinal prismatic finish makes Smart [3] the ideal solution for industrial and food-related environments, and for installations where aesthetics are important. Other installation applications include warehouses, storage areas, production plants, car parks, garages, outdoor canopies and schools. Versions with continuous wiring connections allow the installation of a seamless line of luminaires simply by using the clip-adapter supplied with the product. Thanks to the choice of materials and the design, this new range of luminaires guarantees resistance to shocks, accidental impact, water jets, damp, foreign bodies and dust. The lightweight (1600 mm, 2 kg) luminaires offer IP66/IP69 protection against dust and high pressure jets, an IK08 resistance of 5 joules and a Class II double insulated enclosure. Available in three lengths 800/1200/1600 mm, and with a CRI >80 and a CCT of 4000 K, the luminaires offer a lifespan of 80 000 hours at standard conditions. A quick fix bracket allows users to suspend, wall mount, bus-bar mount or pipe mount in seconds, while an optional angle bracket can be used for 30 or 50 degree installations. L EDesign is designed to help lighting special- ists select the compatible control gear for any given LED light source and compare the energy efficiency of the LED solution. The LEDesign tool automatically selects the compatible LED driv- ers from Helvar’s product range for any Helvar LED modules or, if needed, even for custom ones. LEDesign shows the key electrical andphotometrical parameters for the selected combination and indicates how close to the nominal values the current selection is operating, helping in finding optimal solutions for the user’s application. The tool also displays relevant product information and an efficiency graph for the selected solution, showing how to find the optimal LED driver for each load. The regularly updated mobile application is easy to use online or offline. LEDesign is also available as a browser version and for Windows® PC as a desktop version.
