What is the focus of Eric’s Roller Hire? Our main focus is to supply the compaction industry with a reasonably priced machine that exceeds any expectations in quality. What is Eric’s Roller Hire unique selling point? Our selling point is that our rollers are of excellent quality and condition to minimise customer’s expenses by minimising breakdowns. How important do you regard customer service in your business? Customer service is vital to any company’s existence –

ultimately the customer is the one who is paying the bills. How do you ensure the best customer service? This is done by ensuring that the total experience is stress-free, quick and easy. It starts with the ordering of the machine through various platforms, on-time delivery, delivering a machine that is capable of doing the work as well as supplying the operator that is knowledgeable and competent to get the work done.
