Are major and minor repairs done at your premises? By constantly sourcing parts and having a well-stocked parts department, we can service and maintain all minor breakdowns on site, preventing long breakdown times. However bigger projects like rebuilds are done inhouse at our workshop, where I personally still work on the machines to ensure the best quality and workmanship. What machines do you offer for hire? We currently own the biggest privately owned Ammann ASC 100 roller fleet in the country. How do you manage maintenance of machines in the field? We have a 24-hour cell phone number that attends to any and all situations that occur. How many field service vehicles do you have to assist with such maintenance? We have three fully-equipped field service vehicles that run on a 24-hour rotation basis. How often do your technicians receive top-up training? Once a technician is fully trained, his job becomes considerably easier for we are the only company that deals with a specific brand and model of machine. This ensures that we put the the technician in a top league as he knows the machine back to front. Do you have a preference for OEMs? Yes, I firmly believe OEM parts are of a better quality and last longer. This gives you a better lifespan on parts and less breakdowns.

As COVID-19 has had a negative impact on all industries, we have tried to lower our risk by supplying our mechanics with vitamin boosting drips on a monthly basis and by taking all the necessary preventative measures like fogging of all machines and vehicles on a regular basis as well as complying with government regulations with the supplying of masks and hand sanitiser to employees. What is your strategy for the future? Our long-term strategies include constantly growing our fleet, but at the same time keeping our feet firmly on the ground by realising that the industry will only allow this growth as long as a good quality machine is provided at a reasonable rate. 

One of the services that you offer is specialised compaction equipment. What are these? We offer a fleet of machines that were built in the

Czech Republic, making them of superior quality as well as giving a higher compaction ratio than most of the machines in the market of the same size.
