SPAZIO LIGHTING’S NEW DURBAN SHOWROOM

SPAZIO LIGHTING prides itself on giving custom- ers the best products, quality, service and experience. One of the services it strives to offer distributors and consumers is to make showrooms available in the main city centres of South Africa. “When our full range is displayed and accessible, it gives our customers and the public a better idea of the size, look, quality, and texture of our products, whether furniture or lighting,” says Spazio Lighting’s Moynene Bredenkamp. “Our head office – and showroom – in Wynberg is frequently visited by our distributors and their customers, who include electrical wholesalers, electrical contractors, architects, electrical engineers or designers.” 2018 was a big year for Spazio as the company opened the doors of its new showroom in Paarden Eiland, Cape Town. With its broad range of lighting and furniture, the showroom has been well received by Western Cape customers. Based on the success of the Cape Town showroom and a growing customer base in the Durban area, the company recently identified the need for Durban customers to have a central, easily accessible space where they can view the Spazio products they are used to seeing in catalogues. “We have thus acquired a brand new showroom in the heart of Umhlanga Ridge, at 31 Solstice Road, a prime location facing the highway and within walking distance of Gateway Shopping Centre and other shopping centres and hotels,” notes Bredenkamp. The new Durban showroom officially opened its doors on March 1 st , 2019. The company put a lot of time and effort into planning the layout of the showroom to ensure that all products are optimally displayed to give customers an idea of the look and the function of each product. The double volume space of the new venue is ideal for displaying the Spazio lighting range, from interior pendants to exterior spots.
